According to her lawyer’s statement both officers fired nearly simultaneously, so that doesn’t help her.
Unless the unreleased audio contains admissions not yet known to the public. Which is why it perhaps remains unreleased, because it is evidence.

Isn’t it department procedure to fire the officers who don’t shoot a non-threatening suspect with “endangering” those who do?
Hah, well he did lead the officers back to the vehicle. Maybe he was going after cops like that guy in Texas? There are a lot of people looking to “put pigs in a blanket and fry em up” at the moment....
Leaving a vehicle in the middle of the road certainly would warrant a police response. It would be the lure.
Witnesses called it in that the guy who left the car said it would explode. Some of the stories mention that aspect... some omit it.
For one thing, none of us were there. How can we second guess them (or just her)?
I can say that she was the first response to the scene and she would have known the most about the situation. Her actions afterwords show that she was in fear.
I haven’t seen anything that leads me to believe she shot this guy because she simply wanted to or because he was black. Hence why I take the officer’s side here.
I highly doubt that the police on the scene knew that. If they did then they would never have moved towards the vehicle. They were clustered around it when they shot him.
Yep. I was wondering about that too. Although, if someone called 911 about a guy with a car that was ‘going to explode’... you’d think dispatch would mention that.
