It’s no longer a surprise that CNN, aka the Clinton News Network, is doing whatever it can to boost Hillary Clinton for president. It even admitted as much on air.
And its actions in this presidential election continue to remove any doubt one might have had that it’s not to be viewed as an objective news source.
We saw CNN hosts openly toasting and celebrating the Democrat candidate’s nomination. We’ve caught them editing out a Trump t-shirt worn by a hero — so as not to associate Trump with anything other than “deplorables”; just plain making stuff up about Trump; and, of course, a series of “strategic” edits to further its agenda.
On Sunday, the network edited Hillary Clinton’s own words in an attempt to paint her as a more steady, politically correct candidate than Donald Trump — who immediately called the bombing what it was.
And a day later, the Clinton News Network was putting words in Trump’s mouth — one word in particular.

The network falsely quoted Trump as saying “racial profiling” when the candidate said that police should utilize “profiling” in an effort to combat terrorism.

CNN does not have an FCC license because it exists on cable. The FCC has no authority to regulate cable TV.
Your typical supermarket tabloid has more credibility than CNN.
CNN doesn't have an FCC license, as they don't broadcast using public airwaves.
They are only carried on cable systems, and in private venues like airports. It's all closed circuit.
The media is run by the Whitehut.

The only thing that pisses me off is everywhere you go where there is a television, whether it be in the airport , to doctor offices they are tuned to CNN and you end up being a captive audience ...that’s why they can convince enough people to believe the lie... Without fail they do this every election cycle without being held accountable for it! Unfortunately for us millions of people are very gullible and they will swallow the lie whole! We need a God intervention miracle to stop the demons or else this country is so done!
Never tune your TV to that network again. Block it if possible.

No wonder CNN’s ratings are dropping. They not only censor the news, they lie.

Wherever you see CNN on TV at a business, waiting room, airport... demand they turn it off as it is dishonest, biased and offensive, and reflects very negatively on their business.

Trump sued Maher over a joke challenge. Trump fulfilled the challenge, but Maher didn't follow through and make the charitable contribution that he promised. I would expect a judge to throw that out.
However, Trump has a case for libel, because he can prove a pattern of malicious behavior, rather than just an isolated incident. And, he can prove injury.
As I wrote above, I don't expect Trump to prevail. But, he can tie up CNN in discovery, and while the litigation is pending, they will have to be on their best behavior.
