CNN does not have an FCC license because it exists on cable. The FCC has no authority to regulate cable TV.

CNN does not have an FCC license because it exists on cable. The FCC has no authority to regulate cable TV.
They don't license and regulate rates, but they absolutely DO have authority under the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992.
They can unbundle cable TV subscriptions, which will put a stop to this crap.
