Looks like he lowered his right arm after he got to the side of the car. His left arm remained up, but his right arm reached down. Because the camera view rotates from one side of the car to the other, it’s difficult to determine what he was doing, or if he ever put his right arm back onto the car. I’ll withhold any comment until the facts are fully known.

One of these “don’t take a chance” shots.

As that increases, attention on the forms of training that increase it will increase too.

At some point “just trust us” will not fly.

Doesn’t matter what he was doing with his hands at that point. It appears they might have tased him first, then shot him. Suspect was not obeying commands, continued toward the driver side of the vehicle until he reached the driver door and or possibly an open window. At that point they had to drop him.

100% good shoot!

It might only have been “LOOKED like he reached into his vehicle” but in our current system, that is deemed enough.

It still deserves the microscope, at the least. People who do not want such microscopes in occasions of question ought not to be in the police business, period.
