Cops/FBI want to capture them alive to get more info. I would hope he gets a life sentence in solitary. Starting at 28, that could be a long, long time.Especially if they move him in to a room with a big black guy from Memphis that eats BBQ pork sandwiches EVERY DAY.

Great police work.... Great that the system really works to get this vermin off the street. PART of the system worked, but it is cold comfort to the injured and the dead (thankfully, not in this case) to know that the perp was caught. Let's see more work on the protect side, not just the serve. Cold comfort to the LEO community, too, that they catch these guys but the judicial system streets them almost immediately.
Hyperbole? 3 guys brandishing an AR-15 while masked in a Miami high-rise and they are already back on the street. Armed trio arrested in Miami Beach walks out of jail: 2 face weapons charges, 1 faces drug charges TODAY!!!

I think it's just great they caught him alive......there's going to be “others” now shaking in their shoes as he will indeed reveal who assisted in this entire happening.....I'm also sure family embers will be implicated and arrested. So proud of our police force and the entire investigation....
