RNC chair Reince Priebus is facing backlash after suggesting that former Republican presidential hopefuls considering a 2020 White House bid may face challenges if they refuse to support Donald Trump.
“People who agreed to support the nominee, that took part in our process, they used tools from the RNC,” Priebus told John Dickerson CBS News’ Face the Nation. “Those people need to get on board. And if they’re thinking they’re going to run again someday, I think we’re going to evaluate the process…and I don’t think it’s going to be easy for them”
In a fiery rebuttal, John Weaver, chief strategist for former GOP presidential candidate and current Ohio Gov. John Kasich, slammed Priebus.

Yes that is true, and that would have been when I had a greater familiarity with him as a politician. From some of the things I have heard about him it appears he is not all that as governor. Ohio is a pretty liberal state, all things considered, and he is in his 2nd term in that capacity. He won reelection easily so it sounds like he gets good support from Democrats, as well as, Republicans, if that provides any clues.

I think that guy Kasich is some kind of political figure as I found an e mail address for him in the governors office in Ohio. I posted a note asking why the gold plated Ass H keeps attacking Trump.

Took them years, but they finally stopped calling me asking for donations. I can pick my own candidates, thank you very much. They wasted my money, then did what they wanted in DC. Why support them?
Had the same problem here in Florida with Crist some years ago. The POS could not even beat out Rubio for the senate nomination and then changed parties, first to independent and finally now to Dems. This asshat, Crist, that Jerk Jeffords in Vermont some years ago and that current asshat Collins in Maine all need to go find jobs outside of politics like perhaps as ditch diggers a job for which they may be qualified. Maybe they will unearth a sane thought.
Reliance is deplorable but not irredeemable. That is the problem.
An a$$hole provides a very useful and necessary function. It permits the expulsion of inner waste!

Those in the vicinity stood awestruck at this demonstration of command.
Trump has helped Priebus see the light and brought some needed respectability to the RNC. Folks like Kasich hate this - they liked it better when the RNC was an aider and abettor of RINO tyranny....
He needs to be excommunicated from the party before he can officially switch on his own.
He hails from Ohio. Is a closet Democrat and his father, I believe it is rumored, is a mailman.

John Weaver is a GENIUS. He engineered a win for Kasich IN OHIO!! We DEFINITELY ought to listen to him.
It wouldn’t bother me in the least if the lying deceitful dishonorable word-breakers were expunged from the GOP.
