Another Trump staffer acknowledges the truth of Obama’s birthplace

On Thursday night, Donald Trump finally acknowledged an obvious, proven fact: President Obama was born in the United States. Or, rather, Trump's campaign said that he acknowledged it, in a statement that was itself riddled with falsehoods.

"Hillary Clinton’s campaign first raised this issue to smear then-candidate Barack Obama in her very nasty, failed 2008 campaign for President," the statement begins. That's untrue — and it's been fact-checked any number of times. In 2011, Politico outlined the origins; in May, our fact checkers dubbed it ridiculous.

"This type of vicious and conniving behavior is straight from the Clinton Playbook. As usual, however, Hillary Clinton was too weak to get an answer," the statement continues. Again, Clinton wasn't looking for an "answer" to the non-question of where Barack Obama was born because her campaign wasn't pressing the issue. Even before the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate, an announcement of Obama's birth was found in a Honolulu newspaper. His 2008 campaign had released a statement of live birth demonstrating where he was born. Anyone who asked the question for whatever reason had the answer in front of them, if they chose to see it.

"Even the MSNBC show 'Morning Joe' admits that it was Clinton’s henchmen who first raised this issue, not Donald J. Trump," the statement goes on. Whether or not someone on "Morning Joe" said it — a show, we will note, that has spent an awful lot of time of late disparaging Trump — that doesn't make it true.

I thought the press all swooned over the ‘Kenya-born senator’ when he spoke at the Democrat convention in 2004. But they would have been so easy to dig up in 2008 if that were the case.

Well, there were several mentions of Obama being "Kenyan-born" in English language African based newspapers prior to 2008, but I don't recall any such articles in American newspapers.

But there were several other claims of Obama's birth in Kenya or elsewhere abroad before, during, and after Obama's first presidential run. Many of these claims come from Kenyans themselves. These include Obama's grandmother, the Kenyan ambassador to the US, and at least three Kenyan parliamentarians.

In the United States, claims of Obama's birth abroad were stated by none other than Michelle Obama, who perhaps had a Freudian slip during a meeting with a group of delegates at the 2008 Democrat National Convention.

Prior to that, there were doubts about Obama's birthplace expressed by several Clinton advisers during the 2008 primary season.

There was also a remarkable post here on FR by a FReeper who had been stationed on Hawaii as a Marine, and met and had a discussion with a teenage Obama there. When the then-Marine mentioned to Obama that he had previously been stationed at Mombasa, Kenya, Obama replied that he knew about Mombasa because he himself had been born there!

Now, the Clinton campaign and its MSM toadies, sensing the bottom to be dropping out, is going bonkers calling Trump and anyone who doubts or doubted that Obama was born in the US a "racist" "birther "conspiracy theorist," even though there is some credible evidence for the proposition that Obama may have been born in Kenya or elsewhere abroad. This despite the fact that the 2008 Clinton campaign contained people within it or close to it, who expressed the same doubts. Let's hope that this duplicitous smear job justly backfires on the 'Rats and the MSM!!!

FR archives, thread after thread, comments by the thousands will demonstrate that it was Hillry that was the first to question Obama’s eligibility publicly... But old Ted Kennedy pulled the rug from under Hillry’s political aspirations to be the first woman US president... and NOBODY was about to take on the eligibility issue, NO ONE, not even blow hard talking radio heads, and the so called ‘Constitutional’ conservatives would touch the eligibility issue. Some of them even convinced Ted Cruz that ‘eligibility’ now meant mommies where ever they delivered a child gave ‘natural born’ standing to the child. After all we all now live under the dictates of Federal Judges, somebody recently told me so.

He was going to the Pinhaou School in Hawaii as Barak Obama but when his mother married Lolo Soetoro, Lolo adopted Barak, and changed his name to Barry Soetoro so he could attend school in Indonesia.
Lest we all forget the birth certificate obtained in his true birth place, Mombasa, Kenya, which is part of public record and was put into evidence in US Courts.
IMO, Trump is laying low on the issue, to not give the Dems ammo to distract from Hildabeast, which they dearly need, and he won’t feed the beast (good for him).
Don’t give Obama any reason to issue a pardon to Clinton, that leaves him open to prosecute her, and Obama and bring the truth that is out there to light.
I think that there is enough evidence to make big cases against both of them.
Can you imagine if everything we know comes to light, by people that can and will prosecute them with a President that only wants the truth to come out, can accomplish?

So much for Obamas transparency.
