Both Mrs. Clinton and her running mate, Senator Tim Kaine, have promoted the book on the campaign trail, but the sales figure, which tallies about 80 percent of booksellers nationwide and does not include e-books, firmly makes the book what the publishing industry would consider a flop.

Maybe she should have put that picture of people helping her up the stairs as an illustration that she is stronger when people come together to help her.
Well, perhaps many of her supporters can’t read.
firmly makes the book what the publishing industry would consider a flop.

OMG, The Ministry of Propaganda told the truth..........
“firmly makes the book what the publishing industry would consider a flop.”
“OMG, The Ministry of Propaganda told the truth..........”
Not exactly. The TRUTH would be: “the book is a flop”, NOT a bunch weasely indirect BS as above.
The sales will go up when a T.P. shortage hits.
Slow start? There are books on existentential French poetry that sell more than 3000 copies.
Total fail.
There are so many blatant propaganda books about Hillary, that have even been made for children, that likely haven’t some jack either.
Like who the hell wants to read about her? WE ALL KNOW who she is and have for darn near 30 years!
God knows most people dont want to subject their kids to her either.
I plan to read it, once I’m finished reading the US Tax code...
Sales Falling, what a surprise
Sales cant seem to get up.
I have it on good authority that some Saudi is considering buying 10 million copies for his personal library. /sarc
No one wants to buy that shit - even her supporters.
Is the title “Liar Liar?”
I knew they shouldn’t have printed it in Cursive.
I heard the launch stumbled.
Some folks said the sales wobbled before going down.
Some said the book sales were weak, seemingly anemic.
Others said the Sun was too hot, and people just couldn’t function, so they avoided buying books.
Still others attributed it to lack of hydration. Books? Hydration?
Then the press said, “Sales were weak simply due to a case of Pneumonia diagnosed last Friday.” Books? Pneumonia?
Personally, I think it’s Parkinson’s or a result of of the book falling on it’s head.
The book has not been available for comment. It’s covers are pulled up tight, and nobody is getting in there to get more information.
Thus it’s readership challenged...
The book would sell better if it came in two-ply.
Bill Clinton’s book sales were so bad that Random House was putting them on remainder skids. I and other bookstore owner’s stopped purchasing the remainder skids as we did not want the trash.
They ended up shredding Bill’s books as they could not give them away.
Sad part is, Bill got a huge advance and it didn’t matter to him, except his ego was injured.
Is it called “Unbridled Ambition”?
Save a couple of copies for the prosecutors and grand jury as evidence.
