The biggest issue is the hugely disproportionate numbers of black citizens (especially black males) who are currently incarcerated.

It drives me crazy every time this statistic is brought up. This would only be meaningful if they were being arrested simply for being black. But they are being arrested for COMMITTING CRIMES. So all I can conclude is that other ethnic groups are not committing as many crimes.

Or am I supposed to believe that the Police are only looking for black perpetrators ?
