Let’s start with job discrimination. A study published by John Nunley, Nicholas Romero, Richard Seals and Adam Pugh for the Auburn University Department of Economics found that job applicants with “black sounding names” were a whopping 16 percent less likely to get called in to interview for a job than their white counterparts, even when their resumes were otherwise identical.
Housing discrimination is also an issue. A new report from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development found that when searching for a new home to rent, black people are shown 17 percent fewer available homes than white people.
The biggest issue is the hugely disproportionate numbers of black citizens (especially black males) who are currently incarcerated. According to the Bureau of Justice, in 2009 black people accounted for 39.4 percent of the prison population while whites accounted for only 34 percent. Blacks make up only 12.3 percent of the American population while whites make up a 63 percent. This means that the incarceration rate for black people is over six times higher than that of white people...

But her credit history showed late rent, unpaid parking tickets, booted car, etc.
Her explanation was a litany of 'problems' that caused bills to be unpaid, i.e. a complete inability to manage her income or save any money.
The icing on the cake was the application for an $1800/month apartment when she had been living in a $750/month unit.
Like they recognize what the culture of most success in the world currently is.
And the BEHAVIOR a result of ATTITUDE, could it?
Going forward, evidence of a 4-year liberal arts degree should automatically disqualify a job applicant from further consideration.
Problem with this whole ‘racism’ meme is that it is largely defined by the user so it is a very fluid word which renders it meaningless. In addition as is clearly shown in this post it is implied that it applies only to whites. I totally reject that premise on both counts.
I actually went to the state and FBI websites and broke down the statistics.
Based on the fact that blacks committed crimes at a rate about 10 times higher than whites, I concluded that Iowa was either imprisoning too many whites or sentencing them to longer sentences than blacks.
Yes, and if you look at the % of college educated, qualified Africans, the numbers shrink to less than 1% of the population. Being the right color is the racist’s only qualifier used to exclude the best candidates who just happen to be white. This is the new way Africans have found to cheat, swindle, and lie their way into positions.

That’s a common assertion today: that there is no such thing as “black racism.”
That’s incorrect, and some of the worst racism expressed by black people today is towards other black people.
It drives me crazy every time this statistic is brought up. This would only be meaningful if they were being arrested simply for being black. But they are being arrested for COMMITTING CRIMES. So all I can conclude is that other ethnic groups are not committing as many crimes.
Or am I supposed to believe that the Police are only looking for black perpetrators ?
Well they could change their surnames (as a family) if they really wanted to do that.
How can one article be so worthless? Who has “otherwise identical resumes” with anyone else? So many blacks in jail? I wonder why? Black sounding names? When you name someone A’aweori’adnfdl’lashaun, there is going to be a problem. What the real problem here is the self hate so many white liberals have. Why not just move into the ghetto, live black, act black, be black and see how long it lasts.
And the North in turn was sore at the South for picking a fight, so there!
Some facts on intelligence levels of blacks:
1) Whites on average have a 15 point higher IQ than blacks, across many different studies.

2) IQ across different ethnic groups in the US: Blacks have an average IQ of 85, whites of 103, Asians 106 and Jewish Americans 113:

3) Overall, 18% of Asians have an IQ over 120, 10% of whites do and only 1% of blacks. Nearly 84% of blacks have an IQ below 100, which is slightly below the average IQ for whites. The ratio of white Americans to black Americans who have an IQ over 125 is 30:1.

4) For those who claim that IQ tests are biased against blacks and that’s why they keep getting lower scores, there are IQ tests like the Raven’s Progressive Matrices which don’t have any language and rely entirely on visual pattern recognition. It’s simply finding patterns in visual shapes. Even then there is a marked difference between black and white IQ scores, not only in America but internationally as well, like in Africa between white and black engineering students:

5) Harvard psychologists took a look at how black children adopted by well off upper-middle class white families at a very young age perform on IQ tests once they grow up in white families with good socioeconomic conditions. Black children adopted by white parents average 89 on IQ tests at age 17 (slightly better than the 85 average for blacks nationally). White children who grew up in the same households and had white biological parents on average scored 109. Even with the same socioeconomic upbringing, the racial IQ gap remains.
It sure sounds like the only resume they mean is one of skin, unless there is some data that they are failing to tell us about.
A landlord has to be smart to avoid the pitfalls of accusations of racism. First, he has to treat all applicants equally. I personally don't want to meet the prospective tenant until he's been vetted. Each must fill out an application form and submit a credit report with it. That eliminates the really unworthy. The form specifies that among acceptable applications the first received will be the first to receive a response; among parties wishing to take the rental after showing the first deposit received prevails.
Foolproof? No. But pretty good protection against discrimination charges.
So I guess there's no other explanation than racism, eh? It couldn't be something else, like say, oh maybe stupid social media posts, criminal records, lack of military service, lack of security clearances, bad credit ratings, or bad personal references, could it?
Naaaah, didn't think so. Gotta be racism. Nothing else is possible. /sarc

There is some hereditary basis for what modern psychology calls an IQ and why it would tie into our modern legacy population of US black people. In the bad old days of slave capture, these were the people that other tribes did not want around.
NONETHELESS, wisdom can even trump a situation of lesser intelligence. Wisdom is a set of winning attitudes.
