Has Congress ever been able to push something like this to a Federal court, and from there to marshals, to make it happen?
The Sgt. at arms would only be able to do something if this IT Guru otherwise showed up in the Capitol.

He probably expects a pardon from Hillary, she may have promised as much. she came into this election campaign with the notion she didn't even have to work to get elected.
