There are a whole lot of “Bidens” out at the sewage treatement pond, snd some do float!
“Crazy Joe” would be glad to be on the ticket. That way he could snuggle with all the little girls he could paw with his hands, and then claim it’s just “campaign activities.”
Biden is definitely a floater . . . you see them in swimming pools all the time, as the chemically-treated water begins to turn blue.
