WASHINGTON (CBSNewYork/AP) — Hailing the values and resilience that he says both define and sustains Americans, President Barack Obama on Saturday honored the nearly 3,000 souls that were lost in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, as well as the bravery of survivors and the emergency personnel who responded, and the work of scores of others who have labored since to keep the homeland safe.
In his weekly radio and Internet address, Obama said that while so much has changed in the years since 9/11 it’s important to remember what has stayed the same. “The core values that define us as Americans. The resilience that sustains us,” he said on the eve of the 15th anniversary of one of the nation’s darkest days.

The only reason this lying moron is even talking about 9/11 is because it is an election year. If this was the truth, where was he in 2011 at the ten year reunion? The need for remembering it resurfaced when the libs have to pander votes.
Besides, isn’t 9/11 also the anniversary of Benghazi? How come we’re not talking about resiliency there of the four brave American citizens that were slaughtered and gave their lives for the US?
So let’s raise the spirits of the citizens with good words using 9/11 and trying to sway votes. I remember both of them.
