The ICANN fight is heating up and the clock is ticking.
According to Breitbart, Congressman Louis Gohmert, and many others Obama's illegal refusal to renew a contract of ICANN is incredibly dangerous.

Let’s see if he can be effective on something in Congress, for once.

TRUMP: We have one sick congress right now I gotta tell’ya. Look at the Iran deal. That’s what happens when congress lets out a ‘Free Range’ Obama.

TRUMP: Remember when Bill Clinton went Free Range? Giving away missile technology to China so they could funnel illegal cash for his ‘96 race? [Looks to the crowd.] What an idiot. The guy’s too busy shouting to even listen to me. Get that clown out-a-here! Hurry up! I don’t pay security to walk like Otis. Remember Otis in Mayberry? Hurry up! Get that knucklehead outta’ here.
So we were talking about Free Range presidents like Bill Clinton. And hey — me too. If I ever go ‘Free Range’ I would expect the House of Reps to impeach me! Isn’t that their job? That’s their job, right? If I were to illegally go over congress’s head and give millions and millions of tax dollars to Iran — Iran of all places! I’m sorry, but that makes Obama a ‘Free Range’ President.
And who opened the gate for him? Congress did! They opened the gate for Bill Clinton to go Free Range, they opened the gate for Obama to go Free Range, and they’ll open the gate for Crooked Hillary to go Free Range too. Do those clowns know what a gate is even for? It’s just like the wall.
When I build the Great Wall, and guys — it’s gonna’ be beautiful. What would congress do? They’d walk all around the wall, yeah, walk around and around that wall to find a gate to open. And guess what? They won’t find one. Not one gate for them to open. Boo-hoo! No gate to open for ‘illegal border crossers’ or whatever-the-hell they call’em these days.
Open gates for criminals and terrorists. That’s all congress is good for. Oh and give ‘high fives’ to mayors of sanctuary cities.
What’s that guy shouting over there? Huh? What a moron. Get’im outta’ here too! And be snappy about it this time. That’s better. Keep it up and you get a bonus, how’s that? [Looks to crowd.] That’s how the Free Market works. Sure works in New York. You should see workers there sometime. Best service in the world. I wish I could tip’em in the White House right outta’ my own pocket, but I here that’s illegal. Bonuses illegal right? Sounds like marxism to me — a set salary for everyone. Yuck! But hey, I’ll play by the rules. Rules are rules, right?
So back to Free Range Obama. I don’t know for sure but what I hear is the strangest, craziest Free Range Obama moment yet. Now, I know you guys don’t think much of Lyin’ Ted Cruz, yeah, I know. The man has problems. I hope he gets it all worked out.
But I’ll give credit where it’s due. Lyin’ Ted Cruz is warning people about Obama’s latest dirty trick, and it’s a doozy. Did you hear that he’s giving away the internet? Sounds crazy right? But congress voted TWICE that Obama renew some contract. Not once, but TWICE. So it’s not just Lyin’ Ted who’s talking about this. It’s most of congress. And talk about a bunch of wimps!
Don’t reach for the cookies, Junior! The kid looks at her so she knows he heard her. Yes he heard her, no doubt in her mind, but he reaches for the cookies a second time, and what does Momma do then? Repeats herself, right? “Don’t reach for the cookies, Junior.”
Why should Junior listen to her? Momma just repeats herself, so why listen? All you moms out there, I get stuck hiring Juniors like that brat all the time. The boss says something and Junior ignores him two or three times and then cops an attitude. They don’t last long under Trump, let me tell you. So do your kid a favor and get’im straight.
But now, guys, now we have presidents like Junior. Bratty presidents just like bratty Junior. Congress legislates something, the Executive Branch ILLEGALLY ignores congress, so congress passes a piece of wimpy followup legislation that says, “You already broke the law by ignoring our legislation, so don’t break the law this time.”
Wow. Really scary, right?
Pass laws to make lawbreaking illegal. That’s what congress is good for. What a bunch of wimps.
But actually, guys, I have to give congress a little credit. They at least had the courage to repeat their warning. And that’s unusual. So why was this important to them?
Well, it’s because no one really knows what will happen if the contract with ICANN isn’t renewed. The deadline is September 30, and after that, it’s not just Obama and Bill Clinton who are Free Range —

Could you believe that? Those ICANN guys run the internet. They organize website addresses. Do you know how much power they have? And when that contract expires on September 30, boy oh boy, what a mess!
I’ll find a way to fix it, but it would be a heck of a lot better if I don’t have to wheel and deal internationally with this. I mean, if they sign a contract with some foreign interest before I’m sworn in, and they are beyond the FCC’s jurisdiction, that’s just one problem I’d rather head off right here and right now guys.
To be clear, that’s according to most in congress, not just Ted Cruz. Congressman Louis Gohmert is also really worked up about this, and while he and I don’t agree on everything, I respect that tough Texan’s opinion. Louis Gohmert is a great guy, a wonderful guy. He even stood up to some lousy Speaker Whats-his-name when everyone else was hiding under his desk.

What did you say that Speaker’s name was? Guys, I can’t repeat it. What a name. It’s even worse than Carlos Weiner Danger. So like I was saying, Gohmert’s got a lot of guts, that guy. A wonderful person. Just wonderful. A credit to the state of Texas. And he’s as worried about s Free Range ICANN as anyone.
So they really think that this group called ICANN, I-C-A-N-N, will be free from its contract, then they could do all kinds of things. They have copyrights on the code that organizes the internet too. It’s their intellectual property. And they really know their stuff. They’ve been managing the internet for over sixteen years and looking at how the world wide web has grown, they must know what they’re doing. As a CEO I would NEVER risk losing ICANN to some competitor. I would keep them so locked in that contract that they would never even DREAM of escaping.
But I’d also make sure those guys are happy and content. ICANN is doing such a tremendous job. A lot of talent. And those guys are non-profit. If I were that talented, and I was stuck in a non-profit that everyone dumps critism on, I would want out of that contract too! You can bet I would.
But Free Range Obama is doing the opposite. He never fails to amaze me, that guy.
So what is the Establishment up to? What has congress so worried? I’ll tell you what. And it’s really simple.
China, the EU, and the Globalist Establishment in general want ICANN to punish hate speech.
Sounds good right? Punish hate speech. If those guys at ICANN could punish hate speech, why not make’em, right?
But you know it and I know it. When they say ‘hate speech’, they mean to shut us up! They wanna’ shut YOU up, and they wanna’ shut ME up. That’s what ‘hate speech’ is — whatever the hell they disagree with. And boy oh boy — they disagree with me on EVERYTHING! What the hell would I be allowed to say? ICANN could shut down my campaign website as fast as one of my posts on Twitter. Imagine that kind of power! A few key strokes and an entire website is history.
I mean, they wouldn’t dare do it to me. And you know why — they’re scared to death what would happen if they shut down the Trump website. You know what? A side of me wishes they’re stupid enough to actually do that.
But maybe, how about this? They might shut down the UK Daily Mail. I rely on them a lot. I quote’em a lot, all the time. A great paper out there in the UK. It puts our papers in the US to shame sometimes. And during a US election, who would even notice? Some British paper shuts down and people just want to talk about how beautiful my wife is. What a beauty. I better quit thinking about’er.
And then ICANN might shut down Breitbart perhaps a few weeks before the election. And they say, “Sorry, we had no choice, but there was an online petition. We can’t ignore that online petition can we? Not according to our new international contract.”
Things like that, it all adds up. They want the power to bring back the Sedition Acts just like the Federalist Party. How did that go? But this is ten times worse than that because ICANN is having secret talks with China. Now why would that be? Imagine if the Federalist Party held secret talks with England about how to enforce the Sedition Acts. Makes my head hurt. I’d rather think about my beautiful wife.
[I dated this speech on April Fools Day for a reason — it didn’t happen yet. I never knowingly posted a ‘satire’ or ficticious report before, but this is too important, easy to understand, and the deadline is too tight. If Trump actually makes a speech like this, then Step 2 — a rapid chain of impeachments needs to run up all the way to this dictator-in-chief [if need be] on a daily basis. And if Ryan blocks impeachment, remove Ryan from speakership. No need for long deliberation; this is a cut-and-dry High Crime.]
Deadline — September 30. No time for standard delays. That’s when the contract’s renewal deadline.

If Cruz is serious about this and can make a difference in the outcome, then i support him fully. However, Cruz has shown he’s largely a grandstander and a fraud and is not to be trusted. This is probably a just for show chest thumping by Cruz to start fooling conservatives again.
Why is it, that 0bama does not give away his personal savings?
He could easily live off his pensions and SS.
His followers would take care of his every need! Forever.

I appreciate what you’re saying. But I’ll cut him some slack if he can’t because the do-nothing congress is just a bunch of corrupt, self-serving, publicity seeking, back stabbing politicians. The Republicans should be all over this issue and on the offensive against Obama, but they have the initiative of a potted plant.

It’s a lie to say this is hard to understand. It’s CLEAR-CUT.
Congress ordered Obama to renew a contract with ICANN. They voted a SECOND time for him to renew the contract.
It is illegal for the Executive Branch to ignore either piece of legislation. It exceeds Executive Branch authority. If Obama wants to relegislate our ICANN contract he needs to get that legislation passed, but he never did.
So it’s a High Crime.
Now why is that contract so important?
A ‘Free Range’ ICANN can register domain names of websites any way it likes. It can relocate its headquarters overseas and sign contracts with foreign powers. Then the US can’t touch it. The only thing stopping them is that congract we have them locked into.
Simple as that.
Although, I think the fictitious ‘Trump Speech’ I wrote above is a more fun way to understand it.
It is amazing hussein obama is about to give control of the Internet to the muzzie controlled UN.
I may not be able to use the word “muzzie” much longer if the UN gets control of the Internet.
You give away ICANN, you give away the internet. It will become a part of the United Nations giving them what they’ve always wanted, an source of funding independent from contributions. They will tax all internet proceedings to pay for their socialistic third world dominance.
Why did they all wait til the last minute to try and stop this debacle?
All it will do is make the USA a partner nation. ICANN is a private organization.
Groupthink — Cruz is just a grandstander.

Trump mobilizes people and takes direct action. He's had to for his business success.
Cruz is a lawyer. So is 0bama, but 0 had the media and the liberal establishment behind him. Cruz doesn't, and apparently can't function successfully in political realms.
Cruz is best suited as an attorney, period.
