5-Time Deportee Arrested for Serial Rape in Central Texas
Breitbart Texas ^ | 09/09/2016 | Bob Price

A five-time, Mexican deportee now stands accused of serial rape and assault in Austin, Texas.

In at least one case, the accused rapist allegedly poured gasoline on a woman and attempted to set her on fire.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials confirmed with Fox 7 News in Austin that Nicondemo Coria-Gonzales was deported five times before returning to commit a series of rapes in the Austin area. The most recent deportation occurred in August 2016.

The previously deported criminal alien has reportedly admitted to picking up prostitutes and beating them out of anger. ICE officials have placed yet another immigration detainer on the suspect.

It appears that Coria-Gonzales illegally entered the U.S. six times, committing crimes along the way that earned him deportations.

“Five times deported and he’s still here? What did he do the first time to get himself deported? And why didn’t he learn after the second or the third or the fourth time? But already five times?! And he’s still back?! He’s a determined son of a gun, but at some point the dance is over and so, unfortunately, the dance is going to be over for him and he’s going to be in jail,” Esparza told FOX 7.

Breitbart Texas learned that a request had previously been made to the U.S. Attorney’s Office to prosecute the man for felony illegal re-entry earlier this year but that request was turned down and he was deported again. He then returned to begin the alleged rapes.

ICE officials told Fox 7 that Coria-Gonzales had been previously convicted of three driving while intoxicated offenses and possibly other criminal charges. His deportations began in September 2012, ICE officials told KXAN.

The man now stands accused of attacking and sexually assaulting at least 10 women in northeast Austin.

Texas has the death penalty.

If possible, Coria-Gonzales won’t have to be deported again.

Trump is absolutely right about the rapists and murderers coming from Mexico that border states have been cursed with for decades. We are sick and tired of having to pay the price of illegal aliens not just in billions of tax dollars, but in the deaths of family members and the destruction of lives through rape and auto accidents caused by their love of drunk driving. Over 32,000 Americans have been killed by illegal aliens. When will those families who are permanently separated from their loved ones by their crimes get justice?

My only issue is - why should we have to depend on other prisoners to do the job?

"When will those families who are permanently separated from their loved ones by their crimes get justice?"

When they start setting snipers' nests near courthouses, jails, and police stations and picking off the illegals when the authorities release them .... again ...

They just caught a double-deportee, MS-13 member and a couple of other gangsters for a murder in suburban DC Maryland. A couple of others are still on the loose.

The county official said they walk a knife-edge between welcoming immigrants (sanctuary cities) and picking up the bad guys (enforcing the law). He doesn’t want all those rich people in Bethesda to lose their maids and gardeners, but all these robberies and murders make him look bad. He just can’t decide the right thing to do.

I agree with you in that the city and moronic liberal voters deserve every ounce of bad publicity they get, but this sick freak is writing checks that those victims shouldn’t have to cash.

How’s that sanctuary city thing working out for you, Austin?

That liberal hell hole got some just desserts, in my opinion...

Unfortunately the city of Austin wasn’t one of the victims. A 68-year-old woman was, though; maybe someone’s grandmother.

That piece of crap needs to pay.

I am starting to think that we should deport the first time by bus and the second time by trebuchet. Would cut down on repeat offenders.

He should be locked in a room with a fraction of
Congress, chosen by the US People in a free Election,
pursuant to Amendment, in the fashion
of Ostracism and Decimation.

Instead of making Mexico pay for the wall, make them
pay the victims or the families of the victims money
for the heinous crimes their citizens have committed
against Americans. I don't know what amount would be
right for those American victims of Mexico, but Mexico
must be made to pay!! And Mexico should reimburse America
for the money spent for jailing their criminals!

You’re right, our prisons are full of illegals, and taxpayers have to pay for the incarnation and healthcare, etc. It is not cheap.

Not just Austin. Read an article today that states 39 percent of our population in Texas is Hispanic or Latino. If any Democrat is elected as President, would bet the first thing they do is to get rid of the border altogether.

Time to buy more ammo if that happens. Remember the Alamo will seem like a pre-school exercise.
