Breitbart ^ | 9/9/16 | Joel Pollack

Posted on 09/09/2016 6:09:20 AM PDT by Be Careful

Clinton is still the favorite to win in November, but the mounting scandals will follow her to the White House — unless President Barack Obama pardons her, which looks both necessary and likely.

hitlary does not need protection from the DOJ, she is completely safe. obongo does not need to pardon her, they have no intentions of risking a democrat loss though an honest election.

A president can pardon for any federal crimes already committed, even though charges have not been brought. He cannot pardon for state crimes.

Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon even though Nixon was never indicted for anything. Nixon haters were angry about it but nobody to my recollection seriously questioned Ford's right to do so.

No, the crook has so be indicted to be pardoned.

Au contraire!

Ford pardoned Nixon. No indictments had been issued. And, as a consequence, none were.

If Trump wins I look for Hillary to be pardoned before Obama leaves office. Also, I think a bunch of IRS personnel could be pardoned due to illegally targeting conservative groups.

1.3 billion is the number, not 3.3 trillion. Easily could be mispeak by the newsreader.

The House Judiciary Committee voted to accept all four parts of Nixon’s impeachment article, which I’m wondering if one MIGHT consider to be the same as an indictment. (The whole House never voted on the articles of impeachment, due to Nixon’s resignation, so the issue a rather moot.)

What if Obummer came out tomorrow and issued a blanket pardon for Hillary’s mishandling of classified information? Then the Dems could howl that the case is closed and we can focus on more important stuff, like the coronation? I don’t think any state could claim jurisdiction and bring their own charges, so this could make the whole email issue disappear.

Of course, none of us will forget any of it, much like a judge telling jurors to ignore some bombshell they just heard. But coverage of the email mess would dry up overnight.

With the Clinton crime family "Foundation" we have RICO and there is no doubt it extends all the way up the chain to Obomination and his injustice department.

Imam Obsmessiah pardoning Hildabeast won't wash, because he's in on the crime syndicate: Ordered heads of the injustice department and the FBI to both commit obstruction of justice by NOT inditing or prosecuting Hildabeast.

It would be like AL Cape pardoning Frank Nitty so that they both escape justice. However, since they are both involved in the RICO crimes, the "pardon" would be invalid and both would be prosecuted.

If Obomination is the least bit smart and wants to protect himself, the best course of action he could take would be to not pardon her.

Hildabeast and Billy the rapist have become a massive liability to Obomination's future artery the White Hut. You know what happens within the mob when one of its members becomes a "liability"... just ask Jimmy Hoffa, or Bugsey Seagle.

When issuing a pardon does it have to list the crimes or is it a blanket pardon for all crimes that may have been committed?

If Hillary wins he doesn’t have to... He’ll pardon her, and she’ll pardon him... but at present none of the malfeasance at the state department and the Clinton Foundation have any direct links to Obama.... nor do I expect them to.

Obama turned a blind eye, if he had any inkling at all, but I highly doubt he was active in any of that.

Almost certainly ties to Obama directly in the IRS targeting of conservative non profits, but as we’ve seen no one is going to do anything significant about it.
