I don't agree with many of this author's solutions, but I definitely agree the world's affairs are being directed by an oligarchy.

The REAL new world order will be brought by the return of Jesus Christ. The “30 families” will die and be judged as all of us.

That was years ago. He is correct that the number is small. Monopolies on money is a significant problem.

Captains and Kings by Taylor Caldwell. Reading this book as a kid showed me how the world really runs.

Many will say this article contains the ravings of a lunatic. It’s a bold re-shaping of all aspects of the US economy.

I’d support it 100%. It may not be 100% right, of course, but it’s so much better than the obviously corrupt and broken system we have now.

P&G heir Foster Gamble’s highly controversial documentary “Thrive” included a section on the illuminati/NWO families (of which some say he is part of, or close to).

I’m not much of a conspiracy buff because I think people love to blab too much to keep much of anything secret, but there’s been collaborative groups of rich and powerful people since forever and I suspect they still exert a great deal of influence even if you set aside all the conspiracy crap.

The author, Sean Adl-Tabatabai, states:

I would also pass a negative income tax. Under this system a person making $8.50 an hour would be paid $1.50 an additional hour by the employer from federal sources. Under this plan a married couple both working 40 hours a week would earn a guaranteed $40,160 a year tax free. If they had 2 children, they would receive $1,000 a month or $12,000 a year for a total of $52,160 tax free.

I would pay for this in part by ending the wars and the surveillance state. Someone said we spent 7 trillion dollars on wars we did not need after we allowed Israel to blow up the World Trade Center.

"We" allowed Israel to blow up the World Trade Center?

Wow, news to me.

What is the context of the statement by this former associate of Henry Kissinger? The statement itself is no big revelation; Benjamin Disraeli, Joseph Kennedy, Franklin Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and a host of others have made similar statements, or at least statements of a like nature have been attributed to them. The wealthiest people have always have inordinate influence. Since there is a thread going about the Dukes of Hazard, the obvious comparison is to Boss Hogg, on a national and global scale. You don't need to subscribe to any conspiracy theory to state the obvious. From a secular standpoint, he who has the gold makes the rules.
