Acid reflux can cause nagging coughs and throat clearing. Also allergies can cause throat irritation. Can’t be from overuse because she’s only making one or two short speeches a week.

Noticed Tim Kaine also carried a ‘cough drop’ he removed from his pocket for her, but she refused...one of the aides on platform also handed her one...had to take drinks of water four or more times..
and her voice is hoarse and choppy. she is struggling to deliver this speech. Tim looks nervous for her!!!
c-span not showing the crowd at all.
