Obama was snubbed, but there was no need for the erroneous report that he exited out of the rear of the plane. He is clearly exiting using the plane’s own stairs from the lower level deck forward near the nose of the plane.

To me it looks like a bunch of idiot government officials unprepared and totally inept (that to be expect... It’s communism efficiency) than a Chinese snub.

How am I supposed to feel about this? On the one hand, he’s the leader of the free world, so he should be treated respectfully, but, on the other hand, I don’t respect him and it seems hypocritical to demand that others respect him when I do not. So, what to do? That the papers bury the story suggests that I should get bothered by the snub, but it doesn’t especially excite me.
