“Republicans enter the fall campaign in moods ranging from grim foreboding to howling despair.”

I hope the rest is as funny as the first line.

If President Trump wanted to intern Muslims, launch drones against Mexico or put David Duke up in the Lincoln Bedroom, his fellow Republicans would wear the stain.

oh please. To bring up things that will never ever happen, and then say that the entire GOP would have to defend such actions if Trump does them, is something that a liberal would say.

NeverTrumpers love eight more years of Obama.

They should quit the Republican Party.

Trump will win despite them.

The first harm from Trump is that he would be the new identity of the party. Forget the legacy of Ronald Reagan.

The GOPe hated Reagan too. ....before they loved him.

It actually needed a barf alert, but I thought the warning would do the same.

Damn right it’s bad news Stevie. The GOP Good Old Boys Club in the District of Corruption will take a “yuge” hit if Trump wins. I personally think they’ll take a “yuge” hit if Trump loses too. Turn out the lights, the party’s over.

Compared with these nightmares, a Hillary Clinton presidency would have all sorts of advantages. It would give Republicans a unifying focus, mobilize them to block liberal policies, open the way for new conservative leaders to emerge and offer the party a chance to rebound at the polls in 2018. If she were to be embroiled in a White House scandal brought on by her own disregard for the rules, even better for the GOP.

BOY, Repubs have been salivating for this moment for years. If Obama just had not been so good and straight the Repubs could have taken him on also. He just never left any opening for them to attack. You know they would have tore him a new one if they had only had the chance. Thank the Lord Hillary will probably win so the Repubs can totally and fully unleash on a corrupt party. (maximum sarcasm enacted)

Never mind what Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan propose.

This would be a bad thing?
