I have got to stop saying “How stupid can California get?” - they take it as a challenge.
This will CREATE JOBS!!! How many more bureaucrats will we need to monitor the cow farts? I’d say we would need one staffer per three cows and then of course their supervisor, and then an assistant administrative director or five, then a few deputy directors, then the director, the HR and payroll departments. And this is per farm. Then we would need county, regional and state staffs to oversee them.
So right!
I think they should just outlaw beef and dairy consumption in Kalifornia.
Tofu makes a great substitute.
Until they investigate the gasses given off from fermenting soybeans and a new movement arises.. ;-)
