If the Niners had a brain cell, theyd keep him in the locker room or tunnel until after the National Anthem.
If the 49ers had that power (and I think they do), they should make him stand.
I believe the American-hating MFer has a personal right to protest - BUT - once he puts on a uniform, team rules dictate what he can and can't do.
