They will give Hillary softball questions and then help her answer them aka Obama. They will give Trump accusatory questions laced with false premises.
Take five names at random from rural American phone books.
No, Bill Clinton and James Carvelle will be the official moderators.
BFAC seems to be the league leader in click-baiting.
Exactly.
Trump continually heralds his abilities as a tough negotiator. If that’s truly the case, he should do some tough negotiating and get a panel that at least approaches ideological balance.
True.
Yes, the headline is misleading but the moderators that will be chosen in the end could be even worse. Republicans always get shafted on debates. But then again they are weak and easily pushed around. That’s the price you pay for being weak.
Exactly.
Crowley inserts herself in the debate!

“be-baw seems to be the league leader in ignorance-baiting.”
Good one! So far, you’re the only one taking the bait.
If there is communism here, it's only in the feeble mind of the Democrat voter.
How many articles have you posted, bebop?
NO ONE is FORCING you to click on ANY link, here.
BFAC posts articles that get lots of great commentary and info sharing. If you don’t like it, leave the thread(s).
Then why did the headline make it sound like it was?
The problem starts with pretending these gotcha sessions are dignified “debates”. How to fix:
Ditch the flawed concept the term “moderator” implies. We don’t need newslebrities to “moderate” the exchange, interject “facts” etc., to benefit their favorites. All they should be allowed to do is: welcome the candidates, explain the rules, read the initial question, keep time, say thank you & goodnight.
The campaigns should agree in advance on one important policy issue where the candidates have clear differences, then agree to time periods for initial presentations, rebuttals, counter-rebuttals, summations, etc.
If either candidate wants to stray off topic, spew falsehoods, throw chairs, or otherwise be foolish, that’s their choice. It’s up to the audience to judge them on it.
If Trump wants to be innovative, he should start by fixing this joke of a debate system.
Shawn would be more fair to crooked Hillary than most of elitist pundits would be to Trump.
Bebop. I like that. I choose to stay, but thank you for your feedback. You made a good point about me not posting articles. Maybe I will...
You WANT an adversary as ‘moderator’. People will recognize the unfairness and there will be a backlash, IMO.
