What I read is that there was a group of rightists calling themselves the Alt-Right before Hillary made her comments. And apparently they were delighted that Hillary chose to talk about them because until then no one had heard of them.
Exactly.
But something that really alters their little alt right scheme is the vast number of democrats voting Trump.
Well, the Alt-Right is self-consciously pro-Trump, which may or may not be disconcerting to other more honorable Trump supporters. Theodore Beale (Vox Day) is building a description of Alt-Right over at his web site, and I gleaned from that list that they are nativist/nationalists, genetic determinists who worship their own stratospheric IQs, despise conservatism, and are contemptuous of anyone who reveres the US Constitution.
In his criticism of The Buckley Rule, Beale said “Erickson is only one of many conservatives who don’t understand that the Alt-Right doesn’t give a damn about their sacred Constitution...”
That’s about all I need to know.
no one knows or cares what it means. Imagine asking a typical illegal dem voter their opinion on the alt-right. They would just stare at you blankly.

Thank you, Hillary Clinton, until last week I didn’t know what I was!!! Doesn’t matter that I’d NEVER heard the term ‘Alt-right’, never heard of Steve Bannon or have NEVER harmed a person of any color!
