There must be some kind of civil war within the FBI between “the White Hats”, “the Black Hats” and all the different factions.

The FBI lost it reputation by letting that Tyrant Hillary get away with thousands of felonies.

I’ve been getting the feeling lately that more and more people in the MSM are buying into the belief that the other shoe WILL drop regarding hillary and they seem to be distancing themselves to avoid going down with her. This may explain why.

Maybe telling reporters to "try the chocolate" instead of answering their questions rubbed some in the MSM the wrong way.

Obstruction of justice. Plain and simple. She should be in jail.

This is why this country must rid itself of all the attorneys in high positions within the government. Lawyers are ruining America

That’s contempt of Congress, not responding to a subpeona.

****************

Congress won’t touch her. That’s another reason why so many have CONTEMPT FOR congress.

One could make the case, she did with her eMail accounts exactly what she intended to do with them.

This was her plan from day one. “If I get in trouble, I can just delete eMails and they’ll never know.”

Thank heaven, it might not work.

This was premeditated from before the eMail account was set up.

I wonder if some of them are getting just plain ashamed and have decided to rethink their life, and are attempting to redeem themselves.

Hillary Clinton is a lying, thieving, bullying, cheating, insane, dirty little snot who flunked her bar exam.

Looks like she is passing with flying colors to me.

What she, the State Department and the FBI must be really sweating is that they don’t know what Julian Assange has and will release. Or when. I think he’s probably got some real bombshells to drop that will be a major SHTF event that spreads blame on everyone of them. They’re all going to look bad. She must be having nightmares about it.

“I’m not sure how far the MSM will go for her but they can’t turn on her.”

The press doesn’t need to actually turn on her to bury her. They only need to become neutral and objective, and she’s finished. Easy as pie, and no one could accuse them of ‘getting’ her.

I’m sure a lot of media people are sick of spending their every waking moment lying to the American people to prop up the most corrupt candidate in U.S. history. In private, many of them must be wondering how they, or the country, will benefit from electing someone who requires such copious amounts of skulduggery to elect.

That’s what makes it doubly enraging.

It’s bad enough she broke the law and deleted subpoenaed emails.

If she were a republican, she would already be charged and awaiting trial.

“Pitchforks and torches”?

Of all the solutions you mentioned, that is the only one that will work. It’s a sad commentary on the human condition, but that’s what it’s come to.

Our institutions have become hopelessly corrupt, and now operate as an oligarchical class outside the law, the Constitution, and the people.

This is one of the primary reasons that Trump will win. Millions have concluded that electing a hard nosed outsider like him, is our last chance to right our country by working within the system.

A Republican in this situation would have already been charged, convicted, serving time, and up for parole.

You’ve got that right.

Where the freaking heck is Congress? Pubs have majorities in BOTH Houses.....where the he## are they????

Amen. What good is a majority if they are so sold out that they won’t do anything?

“The agency said it would need until the end of September to review the emails and redact potentially classified information before they are released.”

The judge should tell the State Department to assign 3 lawyers to read the emails. Thirty emails can be read in less than 4 hours so give them the rest of the week to process those Benghazi emails. Next week the judge should tell them to release the emails or give him to review those in the 30 the department considers too sensitive to release. The judge can then pass judgment as to whether or not they should be released. There is no reason this review can’t be expedited and accomplished in a few days.
