The Veterans Affairs Department quietly moved this month to ban flying of Confederate flags from fixed flagpoles at the cemeteries it runs, striking yet another blow against the controversial emblem.
Congress had debated and rejected that change, but the Obama administration decided to move forward anyway, saying it was unilaterally imposing the restrictions.
“In particular, we will amend our policy to make clear that Confederal flags will not be displayed from any permanently fixed flagpole in a national cemetery at any time,” wrote Ronald E. Walters, under secretary for memorial affairs at the VA.

This small man is driven by hatred and prejudice against his own White heritage. A person so conflicted should never have been elected to lead this country. On Inauguration Day, everyone who still has a Confederate flag should take it out and fly it, even if the new president is Clinton. The Clintons, with all their faults, were never as overbearing as this ugly, vengeful man.

The Confederate flag was a high school teams favorite for years until the maniacs took over the country.

I am a veteren and I live in Florida. The confederate flag is everywhere here. And when I go to the VA hospital here, many vets wear t-shirts and hats with the flag of the confederacy on them.
My hope is this. That Donald Trump is elected our next president on November 8th. And that he will reverse all of this unilateral crappola Obama has decided is in his best political and ideological interests but not that of the American people.

Why change now? They have been sitting on their asses for years and for them, it keeps on working. Time to out them as well.
Sick. U.S. flag will be next. It already happened at a high school in S.C. Hope D. Trump will reverse this.
