(including Bonnie and Clyde)

Don’t sell that cow!

I think I enjoyed his role as the rabbi traveling west to San Francisco as much as any of his characters.

Funny man. I miss him and Gilda.

Silver Steak is the first Gene Wilder movie I saw, on the old Cinevue early pay movie channel.

Aging can be so cruel. He hardly resembles the man who made so many laugh.

I dunno.....seems like another work of the paparazzi scum to me.

Like the ones who zoom in on Kirstie Alley’s ass whenever she goes out to work in her garden. What did the woman ever do to THEM??

Looking at that pic Marty Feldman doesn’t look as old as I remembered him.I just realized how much time has passed since I first watched Young Frankenstein at a movie theater. Damn I’m getting old...lol

I disagree

Sure there's wrinkles ... but that is the one and only Gene Wilder, almost unchanged ... down to the pixie smile.

Actually Depp’s Wonka was closer to the book. Wonka was a much darker character than Wilder portrayed him as.

I am going to have to watch Young Frankenstein tonite.

RIP Gene

Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: Love is the only thing that can save this poor creature, and I am going to convince him that he is loved even at the cost of my own life. No matter what you hear in there, no matter how cruelly I beg you, no matter how terribly I may scream, do not open this door or you will undo everything I have worked for. Do you understand? Do not open this door.

Inga: Yes, Doctor.

Igor: Nice working with ya.

[Dr. Frederick Frankenstein goes into the room with The Monster. The Monster wakes up]

Dr. Frederick Frankenstein: Let me out. Let me out of here. Get me the hell out of here. What's the matter with you people? I was joking! Don't you know a joke when you hear one? HA-HA-HA-HA. Jesus Christ, get me out of here! Open this goddamn door or I'll kick your rotten heads in! Mommy!

Aww. I always liked him.

But now he can be with his beloved Gilda... I think when she died, she took half of his joy, humor and talent with her. Still funny and likable, it seemed as if he was just going through the motions after that.
