Probably because she couldn’t figure out a way to cheat.

I thought she was the world’s smartest woman???

with her brain damage and deteriorating health from parkinson’s, she’s nothing more than a corrupt puppet.

A clean, articulate Negro also gave the impression he was smart.

I must have missed anyone claiming Hillary was smart.

The only thing Hillary has ever shown any competence at is covering up you husbands multiple rapes and smearing his victims.

Good number of folks fail the bar on their first try... I believe the average of folks who take the bar and pass is about 60-70% range.... depending on state etc... So 30-40% of those who take it fail.

So, not sure if this says much about anything, but can be some good red meat I guess for the tit for tat side of things.

Has anyone mentioned she was fired for lying when working on Watergate gig?

Michael Medved will be objecting strenuously to these attacks on his former classmate Hillary, whom he seems to admire greatly. Unlike the unwashed Trump rabble that he despises.

Michelle Obama AND BHO gave up their law license.

Michelle allegedly had been investigated by the bar and decided to ‘voluntarily’ give up her license rather than face public disbarment.

Is Hillary currently licensed? I know Bill had to resign the bar because he lied under oath about Monica and the BJ.

The issue isn’t even “brainpower” but wisdom. The history of Abraham Lincoln was pretty spotty too, before his presidential bid succeeded.

The issue is not a DULL Hillary but a FOOLISH Hillary.

I’ve read that she even failed the Arkansas one twice, before Bill finally helped her pass. Don’t know if it is true.

Obviously the major search engines would try to suppress such confirmation if it is available from a ‘creditable source’

Hillary’s lies should have revealed this. Her lies are stupid, though perhaps also reveal a compulsion to lie.

Meh. As already noted, the failure rate for the Bar exam is pretty high; plenty of others have failed, and I’ve read elsewhere that the failure rate for first-timers is quite a bit higher, so a good chunk of that “pass” rate is from folks coming back for another shot.

This isn’t the topic to use against Hillary, because many reputable lawyers have also failed that exam, and gone on to be successful. The topic(s) to hit her on are her expulsion from the Watergate trial for ethics violations and lying, her highly questionable history in the AR governor’s mansion and the White House, including the Rose Law Firm, Whitewater, Cattle Futures profits, the White House travel office, the FBI files fiasco, Hillarycare, The “Vast Right Wing Conspiracy”, Bimbo eruptions (and the double standard implied by her subsequent remarks about rape victims), flying ashtrays, mistreatment of her protective details, and so on. There’s plenty of meat available without having to try to make a mountain out of a bar exam molehill.

Two comments on this. I’ve always maintained that any second year law student should pass the bar on the first try. All you have to do is read the cases. There’s no excuse for it if you paid any attention. There’s nothing from the third year on the bar exam.

Second, can you imagine how much easier the bar exam would have been in 1970 or so than it is now? The absurdities of the ACLU and Warren Burger and the explosion in regulatory and administrative law, environmental law, employment law - none of that had even happened yet ! She had to know property, contracts, torts, civil procedure and ConLaw. She frigs up everything she touches because, while devious, she’s not innately smart.

On the other hand, I wouldn’t be suprised if Hillary could ace a Saul Alinsky community organizer test.

I read somewhere recently that this is the reason why they went to arkansas - apparently it is an easy bar exam?

Let’s face it, the ONLY thing she learned from law school is how to avoid prosecution by leaving no evidence

I have a neighbor who is a lawyer and CPA.

I was talking with him a few months ago and asked him if the Florida Bar was difficult. He said it was one of the more difficult ones but not the hardest by far.

I then asked him to compare the bar exam to the CPA exam. He said the CPA exam was much tougher.

It's like a sports event. On any given day, with the wrong set of circumstances, anyone (or any team) can lose.

Early on in hillary's campaign, she had this disgusting TV ad in OH about how she LOVES children (yeah, like children in the countries she's destabilized?) and devoted her life to them. The ad stated she could've taken any high-power job she wanted, but chose to work with some corp involved with children.

Uhhh.....she flunked her law exam in DC. Her high powered options were seriously limited. It's not the failing that disturbs me, it's the lie.
