“They may be limited by contractual considerations. “

Yeah, it’s always about the money, never about doing what’s right if if costs anything. The 49er’s are a disgrace, but then so is ALL of so-called “professional sports.” I haven’t watched a 49er’s game since Joe Montana was their QB. There’s just so much more to life that getting fat in front of the TV watching a bunch of seriously overpaid minority a$$holes kick each other around playing with a mis-shapen ball. And the same is true for both baseball and basketball. I just wish that the taxpayers didn’t always get stuck with the bill for each new stadium.

Switched to the cultish religion of slave traders.

What a fool.

This plays right into why I’ve not been a fan of professional sports for decades. For baseball, it was the strike that did it in for me. I’ll watch the Bats play here in Louisvlle from time to time, but that’s it. I might watch a few football plays on the TV in a sports bar while meeting with friends at work.

But honestly, I’m more of a doer than a watcher, and these pros simply don’t deserve my money.

Guy abandoned by black father adopted by incredibly dedicated white family refuses to honor those who died so he could live in a country where he can make millions of dollars playing a game.

Change a few words around and you have BHO. The anti-American rot in this country starts at the top. Time to Make America Great Again.

Has Donald Trump tweeted about this yet? He might say something about Kaepernick should consider what would happen if he tried this with an Islamic country.

Dedicated to WHAT, we would ask in Barack’s case. Looks like he was steeped in leftism virtually from birth.

I am also a CA. Resident, I also CANT WAIT for its collapse which is going to be VERY SOON having passed the 15 an hour minimum wage throughout the state businesses will be fleeing the state, January the wage will be 12 an hour I believe that is ALL businesses will be able to tolerate during 2017 Businesses will be leaving in droves before the January 2018 of 13 an hour, this increase is also causing another influx of illegals due to higher wages, problem is there won’t be the jobs to be had by them!!! This increase has NOTHING to due with livable wages but EVERYTHING to do with payroll tax increases!!!!

It’s a “lack of appreciation” issue!

I know he’s the back up QB, but assuming he’ll play on occasion, here’s what the fans should do. As soon as he goes on to the field, the fans should rise en masse and start singing the national anthem as loudly as they can - repeatedly.

His Fiance converted him to Islam. She is a Muslim Cal Berkeley alumnus who has a radio show for Black Lives Matter. Now they are planning a traditional Muslim wedding.

He was pussy whipped into Islam.

I cut up both of my Kaepernick jerseys last night. I was goingbto donate them to charity but my anger was too much. I needed an outlet, so the Spyderco shred them to ribbons.

I would have burned them if it wasnt av waste of good fuel.

I think he was referring to Kaperdick understanding the word CUT.

Nope. Another place where he occasionally makes remarks is in Trump Press Releases, where he recently remarked about Hillary Clinton's bad judgment in light of the Abedin/Weiner Connection.

Huma is making a very wise decision. I know Anthony Weiner well, and she will be far better off without him. I only worry for the country in that Hillary Clinton was careless and negligent in allowing Weiner to have such close proximity to highly classified information. Who knows what he learned and who he told? It's just another example of Hillary Clinton's bad judgment. It is possible that our country and its security have been greatly compromised by this.

If the team was smart, they would tell him “You can sit, but you will need to sit inside, not on the bench in public. And Security will enforce this.”

His grandparents were dedicated to providing him food, shelter and education in the finest private school available. But you make a good point.

Absolutely agree...unfortunately even if they cut the asshat, he still walks away with whatever they have paid him to date. If they just suspend him, they have do deal with his hemerordal behavior.

And also union deals, where particular jobs are scaled to pay at a stated multiple of... the minimum wage.

These short sighted folks, eager only to feather their own nests even in a deteriorating country where not even money can buy happiness, have ballyhooed on this economic Pyrrhic move.

Imo, it's a crime not to teach students the constitution, but not for people when they don't know what they have not been taught.

Sometimes, business is like that! You simply have to take your loss and move on. I can’t imagine that keeping this Black a$$hole on the roster is cheaper than sending him down the road when you look at what their “customers” may do in response to their lilly-livered response to his anti-American behavior.
