Toward the end of the video Julie Roginsky says that all politicians accept bribes. For instance if you are on the senate armed services committee and you are someone who wants a contract, you give a sizable donation, access to the senator, and may get the contract.
Worth listening to because we have all seen those charts of senators and house reps who have accepted money from companies for their votes.

Both Az and IL use paper and DRE with a paper copy. Fraud must involve someone producing paper ballots (ie absentee or military fraud)
Where ever is fundraiser event, he organize rally, nothing to do with polls.

I don’t like absentee ballots.
I got into it with a teacher that I worked with.
Told him it was asking for fraud.
He poo-pooed and then ended up e-mailing me accounts where Rs had committed voter fraud.
Boy, was I itching to take that on.
Needless to say, he didn’t talk politics with me ever again.
Absentee ballots are fertile territory for fraud.
I have kept articles on voter fraud for twenty plus years
One of the easiest ways to cheat is to send in for absentee ballots for people who have died or moved No one needs to sit at a desk and fill out papers election night or bus people in to polls claiming to be someone else on the voter rolls.
Purging poll books, voter ID (which doesn’t have any significance for absentee) and secure vote counting machines are all steps mandatory to secure the vote
