And yet, even with states they can get too specific. If the tranny woman dressed (credibly) as a man must go to the women’s room, is this not going to foster the very consternation that conservatives have been claiming women patrons of the room are being unfairly subjected to? When it’s the other way around there are molestation concerns, to be sure. Why not a rule that when there is a doubt, the men’s room is the default place to go.
Men dressed as women do not belong in the women's restroom or locker room.
On the other hand I sure as heck don't want them in the men's room with me.
