The mark of the beast will be required before you can even buy food.

Put RFID on criminals and track them instead.

The technology is available, but the PC crowd has gotten loud about "violating the rights" of the damned criminal.

Even the ankle home monitoring devices are coming under fire from the bleeding heart liberal pukes.

Set up a device to alert you if someone having the device is within 100’ of your door.

I have a better idea:

Issue all law-abiding, honest folks an RFID that will trigger an explosive collar locked around the neck of the criminal, if he approaches with 100 feet of your home, or your business, or your minor child...whatever.

So if you stand next to him you can shoot him with his own gun?

What idiot is going to keep a lock on their carry piece?

If I can’t wear mine, it resides in a gun safe. I’ve young GGrands, and lock mine up in the gun safe when they visit. And you won’t find the key lying around. Most of my Grands even the 15 yr old, know how to handle guns and respect their use. Have to train them young.

I’m thinking about a specific case in San Francisco, back in the nineties. A guy who’d bought a .38 special in the forties, who’d last fired in in the sixties, and last cleaned it in the eighties, found a drug-crazed lunatic breaking in his door with a crowbar and a machete.

The revolver worked.

Any firearm I keep for self-defense will receive better care than that, but it will also be something that I have confidence in working without care, our I’d not keep it.

I will not own a firearm that requires batteries to function.
