Nope, no outside forces whatsoever. Nope just good ol’ fashion play to play the Clinton way. No a outside force. It is normal for her. Treason runs thru her blood.
Everything she says is a lie, including “the” and “and”(Mary McCarthy reference).
Every defense will be along the lines of “no personal attack ever fed a hungry child.”
Technically, she is correct. The State Department was a subsidiary of the Clinton Foundation (or vice versa?) so it was not an outside force.

Since we now know that at least half of her official meetings were pay to play for those who deposited with the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation and a good portion of the rest of the time was hiding stuff with Huma and company, and flying continually around the world, there was only a sliver of time left for any other business or responsibilities or oversight or guidance in being Secretary of State of the U.S.A.
What kind of work as ‘the foundaion’ done? According to a report last week, 93% went for expenses.
They spent only 7% on good causes? What were they?

Her official calendars listing her activity at the State Dept. were released recently. Half of the meetings she attended at the State Dept. were with Clinton Foundation donors. If you consider all the meetings a Sec of State has to attend, that is an astounding figure. She was sitting in her office raking in cash in exchange for favors to fat cat donors.
First, "conflict of interest" does not mean that anybody has done anything wrong. It simply means that a person has more than one interest and that there may be circumstances in which an action benefiting one interest may harm the other or vice versa.
The solution to conflicts of interest is to MANAGE THE CONFLICT.
Let's use Hillary Clinton's interests as an example.
Hillary certainly had an interest in serving the American people when she accepted the position of Secretary of State. She had a duty to serve those interests and to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the U.S.
At the same time she was Secretary of State, she also had an interest in the success of the Clinton Foundation. That interest is clearly expressed in the very name of the organization.
To suggest that there was no "conflict of interest" in Hillary having a foundation and serving as Secretary of State is simply nonsense. She had a duty to the U.S. as Secretary and she had a duty to the donors to the Foundation. THAT IS THE CONFLICT.
What remains is to discuss whether the conflict, which nobody should doubt existed, was managed properly.
The second fact that must be recognized is that the conflicted person is automatically unsuitable to act as manager of their own conflict of interest. Only a third party who has no particular interest in either side of the conflict should act as manager.
So, the first question to be answered is, "Did Hillary have a conflict of interest?" The answer is absolutely and unequivocally, "YES".
The second question is, "Was Hillary's conflict of interest managed properly?" And the answer to this question is absolutely and unequivocally, "NO".
This failure is more than sufficient to exclude Hillary from, not only the Presidency, but from any position of authority whatsoever.
Why does anyone even bother to interview her? What is it — 75% of Americans believe she’s a liar? Why waste people’s time with interviews?

Under a fair and just government that failure would be enough to send her to prison.
Let us not forget the billions of dollars obtained by Clinton, through the conduit of her Foundation, for committing treason against the United States.
