Two different events.
First one: the US ship did not do squat. The captain won’t be court marshalled, although like you I’d love to see it.
Second one: the US ship actually fired warning shots. The captain probably will be court marshalled or relieved of command. That will pizz me off. Don’t want to see it.

Worse than that. Obama gave them $1.3 billion dollars in interest on top of that $400 million dollars. Now when we're owed money back from the government, they don't give us interest. But Obama gave our enemy interest on the money they wanted. A total of $1.7 billion dollars! Divide that by 4 hostages!
