They don’t care about intent for the rest of us.
If one of us break the law, any law, they don’t consider for one second whether we intended to or not.
I did not intend to be speeding the last tme I got a ticket.
I got a ticket anyway.
Just said the same. The whole intent was a cop out to get her off. Yet again this government twists and parses words.
One law for us and no law for them, and elected officials are still not understanding how pissed off we are with this corruption.
But see, you actually did speed intent or not. Like I wrote earlier - how’d you like to get a speeding ticket just because the cop knew or thought he knew you intended to speed?
