I never (or very rarely) watch CNN either.

I like and watch the Hallmark channel and Hallmark Mystery and Movie channel quite a bit, especially on weekends. Really enjoy their family-friendly movies. LOVE their Christmas movies, which I think start late Oct or early Nov. Hallmark Mystery and Movie channel carries reruns of many of the old series: Murder She Wrote, Matlock, Columbo, Hart to Hart, etc. Used to like Matlock when it was on but can’t watch it now because of him being such a strong leftist. I do like MSW and Hart to Hart.

Glad to see that you and I are contributing to pushing Hallmark channel ratings up - maybe they’ll be higher than CNN soon :-)

Just out of curiosity..... Does the trump’s Camp know that trump’s name is not on the ballot in Minnesota? I just came from hot air/ Gateway pundit and they are saying Trump name NOT on the Minnesota BALLOT...what a bunch of scummy asses!!! August 29 is the deadline!!! They are cutting it very short! RNC OVER SIGHT?...I think NOT!!

Apparently Minnesota screwed up the process of selecting persons to serve as electors in the Electoral College. If one assumes that this is intentional skullduggery, then there is one more thing to worry about, even if the problem described at Gateway Pundit is solved in time:

Given how bizarre this election cycle has been (with caucus packing, delegate poaching, etc.), all we need to complete the picture would be "faithless delegates" in the Electoral College. This issue is discussed in detail here; and I don't see Minnesota on the list of states that bind Electoral College electors to the candidate chosen by the voters.

Thanks for the good words. I stayed out of that ugly fracas last night the best I could. Hopefully it will sort itself out among the participants. I've been guilty myself of saying something here that was either poorly thought out or got misinterpreted by others. Since we are all mostly anonymous here, it is easy to put things out here that we would never say to people face to face. Best thing to do is to put those incidents behind you and move on. Doesn't hurt to admit you chose your words a little poorly once in a while.

Having a thick skin helps too! As bad as things can get on this board, it pales in comparison to what our Donald Trump is going through daily at the hands of the media and his political enemies. He must have nerves of steel to continue the fight day after day.

I feel your pain when it comes to the press - they do nothing when it comes to investigating or drilling Hillary - to add to your comment - but they dump on Trump daily and drill his surrogates and Mr. T.

Good point about Hillary releasing her SC list. Since the media won’t ask, perhaps one of Trump’s surrogates (such as Rudy?) should. Though, maybe they’re saving that for a little later date - if they asked her in person she’d probably have a seizure.

I’m considering both sides wrt releasing the cabinet membe names before or after the election.
