Deleting the emails is a felony charge of obstruction of justice.
All she will be required to do, is to make truthful statements. They may have no relevance to the questions asked.
First off Hillary won’t be answering anything. Her crooked lawyers will. And second- what do you do in this case when you don’t get actually get answers to your questions. When you get nothing but stonewalling.
Will they have to subpoena Condi and Colin to refute her testimony that she was following the advice of past Secretaries of State?
If she FAILS to answer she can be held in contempt of court. If she lies she can then be charged with perjury.
