On Tuesday’s NBC Today, Al Roker used an 8 a.m. ET hour weather report to mount his climate change soapbox and issue a dire warning to viewers: “Well, it has been a really hot year and it just continues. 15 consecutive months of record warmth, global temperatures....But look what happens if we project out to 2050, look at how much further you start to see that deep red of 50-plus days above 100.”
The weather map on screen displayed statistics from the climate change activist group Climate Central. Roker continued with the doomsday predictions: “And by 2100, New York City could see, on average, 16 days above 100 degrees. Atlanta could be looking at 39 days over 100 degrees for a year. In Chicago, 26 days of 100-plus. Dallas would see 98 days.” He then called for action: “And Las Vegas, by 2100, 138 days a year of 100-plus temperatures if we don't do something to change this outcome.”
NBC has routinely seized on weather events to push the climate change agenda over the years. In 2013, Roker could not hide his disgust over a poll showing people were skeptical of the meteorological theory: “But 37 percent said, 37 percent of these people don't believe in global warming! They think it's a hoax....Okay, two words: Superstorm Sandy!”

Actually “climate change” is non-falsifiable:
Warm weather = Climate change
Cold weather = Climate change
No change = Climate change is coming
IIRC, John Coleman (weatherman from Chicago) started The Weather Channel. He didn’t believe in Globull Warming or Climate Change. But I believe he retired and they have gone full on Left. Truth has become relative in Obamaland. Dear al:
1. Define the “correct” temperature range for the planet.
2. Define the “correct” humidity range for the planet.
3. Define the “correct” mean sea level for the planet’
4. Define the “correct” amount of precipitation for the planet.
5. Define the “correct” makeup of the atmosphere.
6. Define the “correct” amount of sea ice at the N/S poles.
7. Define/explain past glaciation and subsequent warming without any input from humans.
Oh, and provide proof.
I do not believe Roker is a climatologist or even a meteorologist. I think his greatest claim to fame is he is a TV personality, for some odd reason.
The cost of tuition at a private college was out of reach for the Roker family, so Al attended the State University of New York at Oswego. There he majored in graphic communications, but he took classes in meteorology to satisfy the university’s science requirements. Roker found he had a talent for meteorology, and his interest in the science grew as his studies progressed. While still a sophomore in college, he landed a part-time job as weekend weather forecaster at nearby WTVH-TV in Syracuse. By the time he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1976, he had been promoted to weekday weather-caster at the station. Roker did not earn a degree in meteorology, but few television weather forecasters do.

1. How much will it cost to “fix” global warming?
2. Who exactly gets the money to fix global warming?
3. What is the mitigation strategy if fixing global warming causes global cooling?
He was in my class at Oswego, we didn’t see much of him since he was already working at Channel 3, for anyone who went to school in that god forsaken place (in the Winter) the concept is crazy....
Hmmmm. Maybe to fix Vegas, the casinos should crank the AC down and leave the doors open. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Well that’s about as good a solution as these assclowns have proposed. That is if it was actually a problem.
