I have to confess...years ago i worked for a “polling firm”
It didn’t take long to see their questions were all loaded and meant to steer people to a certain outcome...Democrat.
Anyhow, people would hang up half way through the survey and i would finish it...knowing the right answers.

They would tell us to lie..no in so many words...they actuall said “lie”
They swore up and down they were not for one side or the other.

It was just a job at the time and i quit when they when they wanted me to endorse a candidate...all Democrats!

Very instructional as to how they operate.
So, polls don’t really mean that much to me..because i know they are easily manipulated ...even by some guy trying to keep his job.

Supposedly the 10% of eligible voters who are swing voters decide all national elections, or at least that is what we are told all the time. So the dumbest 10% of voters actually decide elections no matter the result—dem or pub or con or lib. Some non-rational reason swayed the swayable to the winning candidate. You have to think that one of the things that can sway these folks is the perceived popularity of a candidate. So if they can fake popularity at least a certain % of voters will vote for the most popular simply because they are perceived as popular. And these people supposedly decide elections. It’s actually pretty grim and sad when you think about it.
