Trump supporters chastise Sen. Flake
Sierra Vista Herald ^ | Eric Petermann

Posted on 08/24/2016 5:53:55 AM PDT by SandRat

SIERRA VISTA — “If you can’t support Donald Trump, then I can’t support you,” a passionate constituent told Arizona U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake on Monday during an appearance in Sierra Vista.

Questioned on his statements criticizing the Republican presidential nominee, Flake told a group of about 30 officials and members of the public that Trump needs to stop making controversial comments.

“I can tell you it’s not a comfortable position, not to support the party’s nominee,” he said. “But if somebody doesn’t push back, we risk a lot more than just this election.”

Go exhaust yourself, then.

TEXAS is working FULL time trying to defeat that SOB, so brace yourself— there’s plenty more “bashing” coming.

Cruz is known to be a religious fraud for votes, a North American Union suck-up for cash, and a treacherous open border squish for the illegals vote (and they will be voting if Hillary and Ryan have their way).

Cruz sits on K Street millions while scamming the ideals of the Christian Right, able to turn them into a crooked delegate ground-army, willing to block Trump supporters from serving as Trump delegates, instead, filling those positions with Cruz supporters.

It was stunning to see what the ever so righteous we’re willing to do under the spell of Ted Cruz and with dimpled Heidi riding shot gun down Wall Street making shake down promises in exchange for more of that corporate wealth that owns the USA.

Ted Cruz is another power climber the likes of Hillary and Barack. Silver tongued sell outs, all.

Americans are stupid for a silver tongue.

TRUMP 2016

This thread is about Flake, a gang of 8 RINO, who is about as diametrically opposite Ted Cruz as you can be. You do understand this, right?

Flake IS gang of 8. Cruz was one of the few in the GOP Senate who fought against gang of 8. You may think that you have some constituency in Texas that is working to get rid of Cruz (I guess you prefer to replace him with either a democrat or a country-club limousine liberal pretending to be a republican) but there is still a sizable conservative majority here in Texas that recognizes the job he has done in the senate to fight against the squishes in the party like McConnell who you claim to oppose. Your Cruz-hate is blinding you; hopefully most of Trump's supporters aren't quite as gung-ho to hand a supermajority in the Senate over to the dems.

Is this idiot really that stupid? He won’t support someone because he makes “controversial statements” which means he is in fact supporting Hillary, who not only makes controversial statements, but lies, is corrupt and sold access while SoS. Yup, real brilliant.

Not saying I don’t agree but that door too swings both ways....there is much hypocrisy afoot by not holding even our own candidate to even a hint of conservative ideas....this is a populist movement plain and simple..there are clear differences in the candidates in some areas and likeness in many others.....this is a primary reason why Trump isn’t trouncing queen Hillary when this should be a slam dunk. During the primaries Trump averaged 38% of the votes across all states. That means there is some reason 62% voted for someone other than Trump...I’m voting for Trump as I have in prior elections (Romney/McLame) and holding my nose doing it. Until Washington can produce a conservative worthy enough I’ll continue holding my nose.

But let’s not pretend we’re voting a saint without ties to Wall Street, ties to Goldman, etc. My point is we need to hold our very own candidate accountable to also his actions and words. Just because we are hitting the general we don’t conviently move past these things.

LOL! Cruz saddled up with the Gang of Eight, there, pardner.

You must be one of the few who didn’t follow anything Cruz was actually doing, but only what the creep *told* you he was doing. Hoot that!

Were you Cruz Heads banging brooms for the Teddy Bear border run and simply missed his actual plays?

The SOB was on Live film, Cspan, increasing the numbers of foreign high-skilled workers into the US, showing him quintupling the Gang 8 number from 65,000 to 325,000!

Missed that, did ya’?

All those foreign workers rotating through here, over and beyond the dreams of your dreaded Gang of Eight.

Cruzruse also sat there with the Gang 8 recommending, on Live film, “pathways to legalization” to reward the illegals for their successful invasion.

Do we REALLY have to keep dragging out, *again*, the whole sordid agenda accomplishments of Ted Cruz, for you boys?

It’s over. Trump beat him to a historical pulp.

“I’m actually tired of hearing this constant Ted bashing. “

Well, I’m not. He needs to be driven from “public service forever!” Scruze involvement with Goldman Sachs isn’t the issue. He’s simply a vicious, petty opportunist who should never get anywhere near a public office again. Your cognative dissonance is showing.

I actually believe my cognitive dissonance is sound. My thoughts and feelings about a particular candidate changes as time and information is known. An enormous cadre of people were continuously for months on the Goldman train. Now it is revealed that Trump too is cozy with Goldman by virtue of the folks he’s hired. Do a search just in Goldman and see how many hits in here come up.

If my cognitive dissonance is showing then so too is short term convienent amnesia and selective outrage by many.

I guess you’ve missed our candidate “softening” stance on illegal immigration (his words not mine” this sort of “language” is different how from gang of 8?

Again I’m not looking to bash Trump because I’m voting for the guy. But to come off sanctimonious when our very own candidate (scarily liberal on some positions) is now “softening” his own position with no mention from you is very disengenuious.

Flake would give Obama oral sex if asked. Maybe even if not asked. The guy is a loathsome, disgusting SOB who ran as a Tea Party conservative and then turned hard left minutes after winning election. I despise him more than McCain, which takes a lot of doing...

Who among us has *ever* seen a candidate for president who was not forced to track to the middle in the General Election to win?

Trump so pleased his rightward movement voter base that he won the nomination by historic proportions, from so far right that he has plenty of room to wiggle in the General.

This means he is still to the right of where those other 17 GOPE poseurs and Lyin’ Ted started out.

It’s apparently a tight race. Do you purist snowflakes want to win, or die on a hill?

Trump will negotiate for a win but will govern with conviction and strength for reversing a damned South American invasion, of that I am assured.

“If my cognitive dissonance is showing then so too is short term convienent amnesia and selective outrage by many.”

As I said in my post, Goldman Sachs isn’t the issue. The issues that are paramount to me are the integrity and honesty of those seeking public office. Cruz failed to meet my expectations in these areas, Trump does. I do not consider it to be “selective outrage” to turn away from Ted Cruz based on his abhorent behavior as a presidential candidate, and It’s my hope that the good people of Texas will see fit to replace him at their earliest opportunity.

If McStain loses Flake will vote like Goldwater the remainder of his term, mark it down.

Flake is bought and paid for just like Ryan and MsStain.

Amen!! Spot on, again, dear Rita.

They can hide behind their ‘I’m voting for the guy, but’ routine all day....but....we can see what’s really going on.

Trump hasn’t softened from his posted immigration position (posted months ago, on his website), btw.

All the concerned naysayers can run around in circles, clutching each others pearls. ;-)
