SIERRA VISTA If you cant support Donald Trump, then I cant support you, a passionate constituent told Arizona U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake on Monday during an appearance in Sierra Vista.
Questioned on his statements criticizing the Republican presidential nominee, Flake told a group of about 30 officials and members of the public that Trump needs to stop making controversial comments.
I can tell you its not a comfortable position, not to support the partys nominee, he said. But if somebody doesnt push back, we risk a lot more than just this election.
BS. Flake has been very comfortable smearing Trump. He seems to go out of his way to do it.
The AZ Senators are soon going to see how out of touch they are with AZ voters.
There are only two pepole running so Flake supports Hillary
FLAKE once again living up to his name!!!
I can tell you its not a comfortable position, not to support the partys nominee, ... but it is comfortable to support the Uniparty, so that’s what I’ll do.
Uniparty uber alles!
Remember his name when re-election time comes. This is the person you do not want to vote for and tell your friends.
I feel the same way. If a GOP candidate doesn’t understand what is at stake with the potential of a Clinton presidency then they deserve to lose. The idea that ANY GOP would just throw the Supreme court to the left wing for what is likely to be 30-40 years and give Clinton a proverbial blank check where her every executive overreach can be rubber stamped and the constitution decimated further as the left wing justices change the constitution through their obscene rulings is lunacy. If for nothing else the courts being at stake should make it easy to support Trump.
Hate to say it but that was said about ly’n ryan too.
Flake is truly a flake! Get a Conservative to run against this traitorous running dog for the Democrat Party.
flake can cram it.
Just one more liberal on the SC would be an utter catastrophe for decades, and any so-called Republican like flaky Flake who does not get it is an enemy of real conservative values.
Flake was a “gang of eight” whore.
Scr#w him.
I wonder if they entire family lineage has lived up to the name as aptly as Jeff has?
Stand up, Arizona! Vote McCain out now and get Flake next time!
Flake, like McCain is owned by the Cheap Labor Express.
McSally, too.
Of the three, Cantor, Ryan and McCarthy, known as The Young Lions, (together posing with arms folded across their chests, on the cover of I believe it was TIME magazine), conservatives were miraculously able to dislodge and dispatch Cantor, prevent McCarthy from replacing John Boehner as Speaker, but conservatives could not touch Ryan.
Ryan has proven to be as globalist pushing, open borders seeking and TPP loving as Nancy Pelosi on the Left and Ted Cruz on the Right.
Please realize that this Flake (Yes, pun intended) is a RINO and a member of the infamous Gang Of Eight. So he only cares about the power and money that he has and will do anything to keep it that way.
He, along with the rest of the A-holes not supporting Mr. Trump, know that if he is elected President, that their gravy train is over. No more stealing from the Working Class, the Military and Veterans, and especially the Social Security Trust Fund to get their pet projects (that part of the money goes into their own pockets) passed.
If not for any other reason, that Mr. Trump cannot be bought by these RINO’s, the Liberal’s and their lobbyists controllers. THIS IS THE REASON TO VOTE FOR DONALD TRUMP. Just to get rid of the career politicians and their cronies.
Another Mormon acting out...
I’m actually tired of hearing this constant Ted bashing. It’s doing absolutely nothing but further dividing. We need to move on from it. However there is an additional nugget of knowledge we all need to contend with. Cruz was bashed mercissily about theses supposed ties directly to Goldman (a constant barrage). Nary a peep when Trump’s campaign CEO was a fund manager at Goldman. If we are holding our candidates to a standard (as we should) the same standard should apply across all. Not just when its convenient. First it was Steve Mnuchin now his latest.
Quite honestly I could care less if the guy worked for Goldman and was a fund manager. Fund managers make the world go round. My issue is the hypocrisy I’ve noticed around here.
