Let’s don’t forget the Maryland Legislature was planning on meeting to vote for secession, Lincoln found out and had the entire legislature arrested. If they had met, in all liklihood Maryland would have voted to succeed.

I didn't see a single sign etc. for Clinton. Not one. Thus part of his appeal is his "Beat her in November!" response to chants of "Lock her up!"
He gives Hillary Haters a place to go.

Thank you for stating what I meant to say. Unfortunately I said Lee sent troops. I obviously meant Lincoln. A female spy told Lincoln of the planned meeting to secede. I’, from the Eastern Shore. Used to be called “God’s Country.”
