CNN anti-Trump lie BUSTED on air!
American Thinker ^ | August 22, 2016 | Carol Brown

Posted on 08/22/2016 7:17:09 AM PDT by detective

On Sunday, CNN propagandist Dana Bash interviewed John Bel Edwards, the governor of Louisiana. Addressing Trump’s recent visit to Baton Rouge, she opened with this:

So, um, Donald Trump and Mike Pence came down to Baton Rouge on Friday. You dismissed the visit as a photo op and you said you wished that Donald Trump would make a donation to a relief organization instead. We did, by the way, check with the campaign and they said Trump made a $100,000 donation to the Greenwell Springs Baptist Church where he visited. But, uh, here’s what your fellow Democrat, former Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu about the visit.

Another media lie about Trump is exposed on the air.

There have been many outright lies by the MSM in the last year.

What I find amusing is people really think CNN or any of the MSM cares if they are caught in a lie.

The only way we can do anything to CNN is to follow Alinsky’s rules. We need to openly insult and ridicule them and take an action against a monied interest.

In other words, step 1, riducle CNN. Step 2, ridicule an advertiser and threaten a boycott. Step 3, promote the boycott and the impact it is having on the vendor.

That’s how you win wars.

Poorly written article.

Would you care to expand upon that?

Misspellings, grammatical errors, lack of paragraphing, faulty logic, bias, or what?

Regards,

yes, the ridicule is working. and so are the boycotts. we are making tremendous headway since we began playing by the same rules the globalists have been playing by all these years. Thank you, patriot, Donald J. Trump!

I agree with mears. The article was poorly written, in part because of all the asides about a “CNN” propagandist, in part because it was hard to follow what was being attributed and what was the author’s opinion. I had to read the first section twice.

About the worst insult you could direct at an educated and trained reporter is “you got the story backwards”.

It is akin to telling a football player that he carried the ball across the wrong goal line.

It is perfect!

That's being kind, at best. Bash is a very bad joke. I'm surprised that even CNN would keep her on.

For Americanthinker (my favorite site) it was poorly written, in my opinion. It was the flow of information that was just confusing and somewhat irrelevant. It was more like a rant than an american thinker article. It was more of what I’d expect from the NYT, regarding the quality of the article.

CNN thinks it’s a gaffe that Trump is appealing to black voters while opposing Clinton operative McAwful trying to restore felon voting rights.

Apparently because CNN conflates “felons” and “blacks,” the racists.

Interesting statement on their banner too:

Trump campaign says he donated $100,000 to Louisiana church

Too much trouble to confirm the donation, I suppose.

CNN gets busted in real time, on air, about once an hour. Their coverage is entertaining, in the same way the most excellent Baghdad Bob program was.

Look at her reaction after the Governor tells her she got the story backwards....nothing, no looking down at notes to confirm her assertion, no rebuttal.

Breathtaking that there are no adults at CNN that care the least about their credibility.

Their advertisers need to be called and boycotted.

You have to know how CNN 'covered Trump/Pence visit to Louisiana', in order to get the Dana Bash angle.

People watching CNN (or reading the main rags, and nothing else) only get the report of Trump signed hat/shirts and waved to supporters. Nothing else was mentioned (i.e., about the donated truck load of supplies).

We know this because anti-Trump faction online comments all talked about his using the flood for photo-op, 'diverted much needed aides/resources for his and Pence's visit'.

The Dem governor gently corrected 'Backwards' Bash, but did not come clean of what Trump actually did.

Another thing to watch for is what this Dem governor will say and act when Obama visits on Tuesday. Also keep in mind that Trump DID NOT USE federal funding (unlike Obama will) for the so-called photo-op.

Another episode of the Twilight Zone. Attacking Trump ...who is NOT the President (yet)...while the actual PreZident and Hil-liar-y, a life time politician and Presidential hopeful, did NOTHING.

They have no shame. She was obviously blind-sided by his comment, but brushed it off and kept trying to move on.
