I have to ask, how does scripture tell Christians to respond in the face of this satanic evil? I know my impulses, but I dont trust them.

How do we actively fight, condemn and defeat the forces of evil in the world, that clearly are targeting us? How do we go on the offensive while still staying true to God?

The way I see it is: G-d gave me my life and nobody but Him takes it and I will defend it against anything and anybody.

Christians get their marching orders form the NEW TESTAMENT which was written almost 600 years before Muhammad was born.

Christians would not have not idea on how to deal with Muslims.
This to me is a major problem for us Kafirs, since it leads to Christian naiveness on what the Muslims are obligated to do based on their belief in Allah and Muhammad.-Tom

How do we go on the offensive while still staying true to God?

But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.
Matthew 5:39

... and whoever has no sword is to sell his coat and buy one... They said, “Lord, look, here are two swords.” And He said to them, “It is enough.”
Luke 22:36,38

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.
James 1:5

Learn to depend on and trust in God. What you have asked is the dilemma which faces all who love God, who also have compassion for others and a desire for self preservation.

On a battlefield, with uniforms and organized combatants, the concept of "Just War" is easier to understand and articulate. With Islam's war in everyone else being waged largely by terrorists and "lone wolves" it is not as easy for the serious Christian to decide, "Yes, I will kill the one who attacks me or other innocent people."
