John Dickerson's handlers have figured out how to use pollster Frank Luntz to the nth degree.
Luntz featured a group of people who are supposedly fair and objective but all hate Trump. Or just enough to get the idea across to the the viewing audience since he says the wrong things. Never a mention of how he has changed the past ten days. That would destroy the driveby meme of "Trump is so abrasive he can't even be considered." Dickerson even blurted out a talking point of why not dump trump to Rence.
These guys are anything but fair.
This is an exercise in how to destroy a candidate without anyone realizing what you are up to. CBS is expert at it.
Thank God for Rence Priebus. He saved the day and supported Trump like everyone else should do. He is helping Trump enormously.
His timing in coming out and joining Trump on the stump was very good. Did you notice that the "letter signed by 200 malcontent Republicans" was news only -before- the letter was actually sent, and that the letter (and the "Republicans hate Trump") story disappeared almost instantly.
These Luntz survey groups are not an inside look at how other folks think about current events.
People actually think they arre getting inside information, free of charge?????
These Luntz groups are televised to mold and change the viewers perception of current events.
Dickerson has one of the most smug, punchable faces I’ve seen.
I’m wondering if all these interviews were done a week ago. Everybody is talking about how Trump continues to tank in the polls and Hillary is going up, it’s hopeless for Trump, blah, blah. And the pro-Trump interviewees/talking heads are not countering.
