I know was thinking the same thing. As he looks around he is thinking how to best rebuild in the quickest way.

My father was a civil engineer. Building was his thing. If a neighbor was having even a deck rebuilt, my dad would head over and check it out. Geez, if a house was being built, he’d head over about every day (after he retired) and watched the progress. Building intrigued him. He assessed in his own mind and I could see Trump doing the same thing.
