I weep for the city I was born in.

Silk, of Diamond and Silk, had an interesting point in their video the other day—Hillary is from Chicago, Obama lived in Chicago, and yet neither one has done anything to help that city.

I was there recently and there was a young woman killed on Lake Shore Drive!!! (it was 2 or 3 a.m., but still!)

My daughter is a grad student at the U of Chicago. She knows full well not to travel south of the Midway. She showed me Obama's house (north of the dmz), totally fortified and separate from the rest of the neighborhood.
