This shouldn’t be news, but it is. The mainstream media is pushing an absurd narrative that Mr. Trump may surrender before the November election, that he’s so defeated by his sinking polls and negative coverage it wouldn’t be unreasonable to see him bow out of the race before the votes are cast in November.
But Wednesday, Mr. Trump showed renewed focus.
“I want to win,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “That’s why I’m bringing on fantastic people who know how to win and love to win.”
He announced an overhaul to his campaign team, hiring Stephen Bannon, the executive chairman of Breitbart News, as his campaign executive chief and Kellyanne Conway, a veteran Republican pollster, as his campaign manager.
Mr. Trump broadened his message, pledging to fight for the American people — a winning cause.
“This is my pledge to the American people: as your President I will be your greatest champion. I will fight to ensure that every American is treated equally, protected equally, and honored equally,” Mr. Trump wrote on his Facebook page Tuesday night. “We will reject bigotry and hatred and oppression in all its forms, and seek a new future built on our common culture and values as one American people.”

Why would anyone who can think even listen to the presstitutes? The presstitutes aren’t just lying, they have taken the sillyness they publish to a whole new level.
Trump fought off 16 competitors to become the nominee.
Soon he will have fought off a 17th competitor to become the president.
You bet he is a fighter in it to win it.

I don’t think it is in Trump’s nature to put resources (money, time, etc.) into something that he doesn’t think he can win. He seems to be extremely pragmatic in that regard.
I have felt from the start that in spite of his unorthodox style compared to the traditional candidate, he was “in it to win it.” He doesn’t even like to break even, he likes to win.
He has never struck me as someone who just flushes money, resources and time away on a whim.
Already, there is one thing the MSM polling miss: Trump's GIGANTIC presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter). And Trump has way more followers on social media than Hillary has. Social media--which usually tends to trend Left politically--shows Trump has much more support than the MSM believes.
Besides, it's only August 17th! People forget that in August 1988, Michael Dukakis had an 18-point lead on George H.W. Bush--and by October 1988, it was gone and then some. The MSM is ignoring all the downsides of Hillary now--but those downsides--particularly questions of whether she is hale enough to do essentially daily election rallies from Labor Day on--will start to put a drag on her campaign by late September if she can't increase her campaign schedule.
Yesterday a “conservative” friend of mine said ...”That darned Trump, every time he opens his month he sticks his foot in it.” I asked her if she meant the recent speech and she said yes. Did you listen to it? Her answer was “no” the news “told” her about it. I just shook my head and said if you want to believe what CNN “thinks” about TRUMP rather than listening to him ... it is not TRUMP with the problem!
He is and my family got his six!

Trump should focus more on winning Washington State. Bernie won 70+% here and many of Bernies fans are still po’d at Crooked Hillary and the rigged system.
I hear the naysayers all the time in the various forums I belong to. I just enlighten them on the facts. The MSM is doing its best to destroy the last best hope for America and both Trump and us will have none of it. They can manipulate the truth all they want and they will but we still have the truth and being right on our side; plus we are the good guys.
We need to keep telling folks to just ignore the MSM. They are all bought and paid for by the democrats or they are brainwashed and indoctrinated with the same result. We will win in Nov. Our very way of life depends on it.
