They just need to manufacture some votes in one or two counties to win an entire state. OR deliberately ‘lose’ votes.
I remember seeing lines longer than I had ever seen when votiing for (ugh) Romney- and a woman in front of me put her ballot in, and for some reason yanked it out- jamming the machine. All subsequent ballots had to go in the ‘emergency box’...
Despite the long lines the newspaper showed usual turnout.
Vote fraud should be MANDATORY jail time minimum 10 years.

IIRC, the Miami count was held until they knew the totals from the rest of the state. They waited until they were sure how many Obama needed to take Florida. They added just enough votes for him to win.
What you are not seeing is that the ratio of registered Republicans to registered Democrats has increased by 5%. If a similar change in sentiment has occurred statewide and among independent voters, then Hillary is unlikely to win Florida.
How so? The way I calculate it, the percentage of GOP voters to the total has increased from ~ 42.97% to 44.2% Where do you get 5%?

If the Republicans are smart they will have some of the strong Trump counties in the panhandle and northern Florida wait until every single county with a large city report. Republican should be able to orchestrate this maneuver easily.

consider 100% voter turn out for dems 73,620 x .01 = +736
net gain by repub 12-16 = 2,196 - 736 = st lucie county should go repub by +1,460 votes this year if all the new repubs vote.
