Best of all, though, the all-powerful Mainstream Media has ruled that all of these things, as distasteful to some of them may be, is still a hell of a lot better than having someone like Donald Trump in office. Even though Trump promised the antithesis to every single one of these things, according to the MSM, Hillary and the #NeverTrumpers, he was unqualified. Unfortunately for him, he was never able to convert from a shoot-from-the-hip businessman to a politically correct politician… And besides, we all knew better: He never really intended to make America Great Again like he preached. I’ve thought that Trump is sincere about what he wants to accomplish if elected. Trump is a billionaire who lives a life of luxury and contentment. He could have continued to do that. He doesn’t need the headaches which come with high political office. Life would be much better for him personally if he had never run for office.
And what of the criticism that it’s all about him and his ego and his businesses?? Can’t we say the same of Hillary; it’s all about her and her bulging ego, her lust for power, to be the president, and tie that in with the barely legal Clinton foundation money laundering enterprise????
As I understand it, Reagan was behind in the polls just before his election as well. Also, these days, MANY people DO NOT RESPOND accurately to pollsters. There is another factor: The polls now are known to be oversampling democrats in order to get Hillary’s numbers up there.
What I am trying to do is to take frequent deep breaths and do what it is in front of me to do to help get the patriot vote out there. I also do a LOT of praying!!

I certainly don’t respond to any pollcats and their trap questions. It’s the old, “So, do you still beat your wife?” deal. There is NO right answer.

It really is troubling. I see her pulling upwards of 40% consistently and I just shake my head in disbelief.
And the vast majority of her supporters stand to lose BIG as the lower 48 turns into the Europe we see today. Rapes, murders, property damage, convert or die...and this is not to mention a socio-economic system to rival Venezuela.

I don’t think that most people are “poo pooing” the polls. Trump consistently does better in likely voter polls, where he is about 1-6% behind, than registered voter polls. At this time, the polls that show Hillary with a large lead, over 6%, are mostly registered voter polls.
August is not the time people are focused upon the Presidential campaign. Trump is still within striking distance, and he has a significant amount of cash.
That said, he does need to come out swinging with commercials once the Olympics and the Labor Day weekend are over. September and October are critical to establish himself as a reasonable alternative to Hillary.

If there were evidence that people do not respond accurately to pollsters, it would have little impact on the accuracy of the poll as a person with Opinion A is just as likely to lie to a pollster as a person with Opinion B.
Pollsters do not “over sample” Democrats or Republicans as those answers are not linked to demographic census data.
If you want to see if a demographic group is over sampled, compare age, race, gender and income to the census data for the state being polled.

Just don’t discount the polling. Dem enthusiasm will be key. So far they don’t seem to have much.

But I think that in order to give the rigged election “credibility”, they’ll point to the consistently high Hillary numbers. It’s the poll results that will give them cover.

Your point is well taken, but I’m not poo-pooing the polls. I am seeking to point out that part of the purpose of at least some of the polls is to dispirit the patriot vote. I want people to not let the polls affect them in a negative way, but to use them to spur them on!
However, when Group A significantly compromises the data, it will have an effect. I have never seen more people afraid to state their view as this campaign.
I suspect a statistically significant margin and possibly even an anomaly that won’t come into view until the actual poll—the vote.
You could be right, FRIend, however the information I’ve seen suggests otherwise. I guess we’ll know on November 9.
My purpose is to encourage people to not be dispirited by the polls, but to react to them with more determination to get out and vote and take their friends with them, and do what is in front of them to do in order to get our guy elected - despite any polls!
